Update: July 22nd

We are finally (hopefully) exiting the COVID sports schedule. Billing is unfortunately not straight-forward since Stripe and Paypal have unique restrictions.
 
For ELITE MONTHLY: Subscriptions will be unpaused on Thursday or Friday. At that point, they will rebill at your next normal payment date. Upon renewal, you’ll be issued a refund to reflect the pro-rated loss of sports days between your last billing.
 
For MLB ANNUAL: Billing will be turned back on Thursday or Friday. At this point, you’ll be billed 50% of the renewal price (or billed full and issued a 50% refund). There are a small percentage of people whose accounts paid via Paypal that expired which we can’t do this for. Those accounts will need to be cancelled and re-purchase. I will email those impacted
 
For ELITE ANNUAL: Billing will be turned back on Thursday or Friday. If your account was supposed to renew in the last three months, it will be processed along with a 33% refund. There are a small group of people whose accounts paid via Paypal that expired whch we can’t do this for. Those accounts will need to be cancelled and re-purchase. I will email those impacted. If your Elite Annual subscription is set to renew in the future, at the point of renewal you’ll receive a 33% credit/refund. We won’t be processing refunds for people who cancel their accounts.
 
We aren’t prorating NHL or NBA at this time and plan to service those sports throughout the entire re-start / playoffs with projections, optimizer, alerts, etc.
 
This is the most fair solution we found, but we understand there are individual circumstances. If you need help with those please DM a member of the DailyRoto team in slack, post in the #support channel or email help@dailyrotocom.

To the DailyRoto Community,

Over the past 24-hours, we have seen unprecedented decisions made by sports leagues around the globe, including the shutdown of March Madness, suspension of the NBA and NHL seasons, and delay of MLB Opening Day. We are still early in the process of understanding the impact of these decisions and it may be weeks or months before games begin again.

While sports are a secondary consideration to the health and safety of your friends and family, we wanted to provide an update on your billing and account status.

If you are on a monthly ELITE, GOLF or annual MLB package, we are in the process of placing future billing on hold. This process will happen over the next week. While ON HOLD, you will still continue to have access to any content based on your current subscription. As a reminder, you always cancel any upcoming subscriptions at any time from your account page.

We will send a communication out before billing is turned back on.

We will continue to provide sports and entertainment content and in the coming weeks, both on DailyRoto and betting content at our parent company SportsGrid, and will keep you updated as things progress.
