Point Guard – Our featured site for the point guard position is DraftKings
Stephen Curry (GS) – Curry projects very clearly as the top point guard option on this slate and is in contention for the top overall scorer on the slate. The Warriors face the Kings who rank 27th in defensive efficiency against point guards and 25th in overall defensive efficiency while playing at the second fastest pace in the league. This matchup pits the two top teams in pace and unsurprisingly has a total over 220 points. The Warriors are heavy favorites with an implied team total approaching 117 points. Curry is fairly priced around the industry but always represents the most direct way to the Warriors lofty team totals. The challenges to investing in Curry in cash games tonight are substantial. The position is deep with value. The Warriors have blowout risk and Curry has been hampered by a calf issue of late. There is every reason for the Warriors to ease a few minutes off Curry in this matchup. We prefer any exposure come in tournaments this evening.
