Daily Fantasy Rundown – February 24 NBA DFS Picks and Analysis
Welcome to Wednesday’s edition of the Daily Fantasy Rundown with “dinkpiece”, “leonem” and “TheNumbersGuy”. Each day throughout the NBA season our daily NBA scouting reports will highlight the best top, value and cheap plays of the day based on the Daily Fantasy Industry’s pricing for salary cap games. Our goal is to bring analysis that will help you build rosters that put you in position to win consistently over the long term.

Point Guard – Our featured site for the point guard position is DraftKings
Russell Westbrook (OKC) – Westbrook and Stephen Curry are in action on Wednesday and thus sit atop our point guard rankings. It’s difficult to argue either player is a poor play when assessing simply their price tag and their projection. The challenge is the opportunity cost at a deep position and the effects on your roster building by allocating so much to one of these two stars. They project well relative to their price points and if a lot of value opens up via injury they’re always viable in cash games, but neither represents our starting point. Westbrook is our favorite of the two on Wednesday. He faces a Mavericks defense that ranks 20th in defensive efficiency against point guards. Curry has a slightly more difficult matchup against the Heat who rank fourth in defensive efficiency against point guards and play at the second slowest pace in the league. If choosing between the two, we’d choose Westbrook.
