Point Guard – Our featured site for the point guard position is FanDuel
Russell Westbrook (OKC) – Another slate with Westbrook and Stephen Curry (GS) at the top, but this slate is a bit more defined in the projection between the two. While Curry has a great matchup against the Pelicans who rank 28th in defensive efficiency against point guards, the Warriors are monstrous 15 point favorites and playing their sixth game in nine days. With a heavy upcoming schedule ahead (four games Monday-Saturday), this is a great spot for the Warriors to ease some of the minutes on their starters. Westbrook has a more competitive environment against the Blazers who are a stronger defensive team (10th in defensive efficiency against point guards) but are vulnerable to Westbrook’s strengths (third in points per possession allowed to pick-and-roll ball handlers). Westbrook projects as our top overall scorer on the slate, a strong value at his current price point, and a strong target in all formats.
