Bilal Powell/Quincy Enunwa (NYJ) – Chris Ivory participated in a limited practice yesterday and Eric Decker did not practice. Both are currently considered game time decisions. We’re thinking both players are on the more doubtful side of questionable, especially Decker, but this is in the first wave of games so we’ll know by initial roster lock either way. If Ivory is out, Powell would become a core cash game option on DraftKings where he’s minimum priced. He’s actually probably viable either way given a 16 percent MS of targets, 39 percent MS of carries and 21 percent MS of red zone opportunities through two games. Those numbers would likely rise across the board if Ivory is out, and the quantity of plays run by the Jets is expected to increase against an up tempo Eagles team.
The Jets lost Chris Owusu for a few weeks and it’s sounding more than likely that they will be without Eric Decker tomorrow as well. That would clear up opportunities for second year WR Quincy Enunwa, who is supposedly a raw talent that spent the majority of last season on the practice squad. Enunwa has size (6’2, 225) and had a height-adjusted speed score in the 95th percentile according to PlayerProfiler.com (ran a 4.45 40). There’s a lot of risk surrounding Enunwa, so he’s better served being used in tournaments. However, it’s a great matchup with opportunity if Decker is out, and he can at least be considered in cash games on FanDuel where it’s only half-PPR scoring and it’s very difficult to find any useful wide receivers below $6,000 (Enunwa is the bare minimum at $4,500).
