Point Guard – Our featured site for the point guard position is FanDuel
Russell Westbrook (OKC) – Westbrook is our top play at the point guard spot, but there are a number of reasons to fade him completely this evening. He’s playing on a back-to-back, the third game in four nights, and the Thunder’s sixth game in nine nights. They’re also playing the Jazz who play at the second slowest pace in the league and are ranked sixth in defensive efficiency overall and seventh against point guards. Kevin Durant also may return which would impact the usage rate Westbrook has enjoying in Durant’s absence. In tournaments, there is some mild appeal at capturing Westbrook’s immense upside, but we’d only consider it if Durant were out.
