Hey guys. I thought I’d take a moment to introduce you to the new front page here at LuDawgs. This entire thing has been developed with writers across the Daily Fantasy Sports and Sports Handicapping arena in mind. Here at LuDawgs, we’re always trying our hardest to continue to innovate for the players and the great minds across the DFS space. Writers, you’re up next.
Over the past year, we’ve seen so many talented writers from our community land gigs at all types of great blog sites across the DFS sphere. When it happened the first time, we were proud. The 8th time it happened, we realized that there was an opportunity to keep those writers at home, provide them with a canvas for presenting their research, and also provide them with a streamlined mechanism for monatizing their content.
What you’ll see here are a few examples, if you’re a writer (free examples and paid examples, click around). If you have a piece of content that you’d like to have put on the front page, it’s very simple. Write your content, send it to us, let us know how much you want to charge for someone to view your research, include your PayPal address and let us handle the rest. What we expect is that most people will put a small amount on each of their articles, somewhere in the 10-50 cent range. That may not sound like a lot, but if 50 people are flipping you 50 cents each day – after a week it starts to add up. What if 500 people are flipping you 50 cents each day? Listen, it can happen if you build your audience. The Daily Fantasy Sports world is about to explode and many people won’t have time to put in the research required to be successful. There are millions of potential players out there and they represent your opportunity. LuDawgs wants to power you as a writer in the industry and provide you with an income mechanism for all of the work you put in.
It should also be known that LuDawgs won’t touch a dime of what you charge your readers. If you’re charging 50 cents and someone purchases your thoughts, guess what, you’ve got 50 cents in your PayPal account.
You’ll also notice that there are Thumbs Up and Thumbs Down buttons on all pay-per-read articles. After a user purchases your content, they can rate it up or down. This will give others an idea as to whether or not your content was appropriately priced, given the information you provided. You don’t want to start out on the wrong foot! So on effective strategy here is to price your content very low and as you gain a following, begin to work your pricing up. It’s your choice, that’s just the strategy that we would go after.
If you’d like to submit content, you can Use the “Ask us a Question” button at the bottom of this page. Include your LuDawgs username, your email address, your PayPal address, and your article/content. Otherwise, you can email it to us at: admin at ludawgs dot com and we’ll get it up if it’s high quality!
Very best of luck. Tell a friend! Welcome to LD v2.o…
